Well, for you, if you've found that you have sodium deficiency, it's possible that putting salt in your water could be beneficial. However, it's dangerous to be making claims about the benefits of salt and telling other people it's safe for them when you aren't supplying evidence to back up what you're saying.

My intent is not to be negative or be unkind, but to point out that if you're going to post information online, it's important to make sure the information is true. Otherwise you may be contributing to the spread of misinformation.
