Thanks for your response. I totally respect that in India, many people don't eat meat for cultural reasons, and as long as that works for you, that's great. I just don't think that diet works for everyone.

In my case, I struggle with maintaining normal iron levels, and I think that my vegetarian diet made the problem worse — so I don't plan to go vegetarian again. But I support those who can make it work for themselves!
