Interesting perspective, but I think menial cleaning tasks can absolutely help us be successful. To me, dirty windows are much more distracting than clean ones. I do my best and most focused work when I'm in a clean, tidy space free of clutter and dirt. But not everyone cares about that as much as I do. To each their own!
